Getting your new economics students fired up and passionate about our subject is vital for their future success. The EBEA and the Bank of England are keen to help.That is why, on Friday 15 November 2024, we’ll be running a free online conference for students and their teacher, hosted by The Bank of England. Accessible online, both live and on demand, each session will aim to bring economics to life, illustrating how economic understanding can help society tackle its most challenging problems.A key theme of the day will be the notion that ‘economics is for everyone’ with speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds themselves, sharing details of their own career journeyThe line-up of distinguished speakers includes:
